With her Armament and Command and Control system, has an effective defense capability against surface and air threats during the sea transition phase and neutralizes the targets on the shore while approaching to beach.

LST 100 can provide effective support in amphibious operations or humanitarian activities for various purposes such as field hospitals with fully equipped hospital, additional accommodation quarters mobile kitchens by means of specially equipped containers to be installed on open and closed transport decks.

Missions

  • The ship capable of carrying out various functions within Amphibious Operation such as transportation of troops and vehicles, Command & Control of Combined Joint Task Force
  • To land embarked vehicles, personnel with all their weapons, by bow door and ramp
  • Emergency Medical and Life Support for LST embarked personnel
  • Land personnel, vehicles and supplies and poorly equipped areas through on-board vessels
  • During Peace time, it provides humanitarian aid to disaster area
